Our History
We’re an Australian based company who has been operating in the Asia-Pacific region since 2001.
A boutique provider, our exceptional relationship skills and commitment to adding value meant we became a partner to Telstra shortly thereafter. Our ground-breaking technology meant that Telstra had access to on-site edge processing, providing a convergence between Telco and IT that was rare in the early aughts. In 2007 we rounded out our end-to-end solution with the onboarding of our Central Management System.
Telstra, VHA (now Vodafone), and a number of smaller customers kept us busy and we continued to grow in the critical asset management space. We became a partner to NBN Co in 2010 and to the electrical utility NGCP in the Philippines in 2016.
Our scalable, flexible and highly reliable solutions have allowed us to participate in the Internet of Things (IoT), integrate with a wide variety of third-party sensors and devices, and connect to many other systems through a diverse range of protocols and APIs. Today, our end-to-end solutions connect over 100,000 devices from across more than 20,000 physical locations and collect more than 37 million data points per day.
